Our End of Year Concert is a joyful celebration of all the skills our students have developed over the year. It’s an empowering chance to perform on stage, shine in front of family and friends and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Our Concerts are a vibrant mix of Dance, Acrobatics and Musical Theatre, brought to life with dazzling costumes, lighting and special effects. Professionally produced at the Darebin Arts Centre, our concerts are designed to be exciting yet stress free—students are supported every step of the way, both on and off stage.

Because fun is at the heart of everything we do, the celebrations don’t stop once the student finishes their routine on stage. After their performance, they attend the convention centre room which I transform into a disco-style After Party, complete with games, arts & crafts and a live stream of the performance for students to watch and enjoy together.

If this is your child’s first concert, please feel reassured our goal is to keep the whole experience simple and enjoyable for families. Concert routines are taught during regular class time, with each class learning 1 routine. For example, a student in Jazz will perform 1 Jazz routine. If they take both Jazz and Ballet, they’ll perform 2 routines. The more classes they take, the more opportunities they have to shine on stage.

Each week, students refine their routines in class while also developing performance skills, teamwork and confidence. Regular attendance helps ease nerves and ensures students feel well prepared. If your child misses a class, please know all routines will also be uploaded to the studio Band App so they can catch up and review before returning the following week.

If for any reason your child can’t perform on the date provided, please let us know so we can adjust the class routine. Students who choose not to participate are still warmly welcomed in class right up until concert day.

Please note: Families with unpaid fees or incomplete costume payments five business days prior to the concert will unfortunately not be able to participate.

The End of Year Concert is always a highlight of our year and we cannot wait to celebrate everything our students have achieved.
